How to shop at Knjizara.com?

How can I find the book I'm interested in?

Very simple. There are two ways you can find a specific book.

First way - type the keywords into our search engine (*1* on the picture below) and press ENTER or click "Traži". In the searchbox you can enter whole or part of the title, first or second name. If you'd like to enter more search criteria, please use "Detaljna pretraga".

 

Another way (*2* on the picture above) is by choosing a subject of the book you're interested in, and then finding the book. 

Of course, you can find some books accidentally, in bestseller lists, awards, recommendations...

How can I put the book in the shopping basket?

If you want to do this, first you have to set your web browser to allow executing Java script and cookies. Click here to find out how.

If you have found the book you are interested in, but you don't know how to put it into the shopping basket. You should only click on the "Kupujem" button, and book is already in the shopping basket (as on the picture below).

Our shopping system will inform you that book is in the shopping basket, and if that book is already in your basket, you'll be notified. If the book is sold out, it can't be placed into the basket, but you can ask us to find an antiquary edition for you (you'll be notified about that, too).

I want some more books! How can I do it?

That is very simple, too. Find the next book you're interested in and click on "Kupujem" button. You can buy as many books as you want.

How can I see what's in my shopping basket?

When you finished choosing, click on the picture "Kupovina", in upper right corner of the page (as on the picture below).

That will open another page, where you can make corrections, if you've changed your mind about buying some books.
If you are unable to see that page, type this adress in you browser http://www.knjizara.co.yu/kupovina/ and you will be transferred to that page.

How can I erase some books from the basket? Why are my personal data already written in the ordering form?

When shopping page is opened, you can change your order. The book you don't want to buy (*1* on the picture below) erase with "Izbaci" button.

If you shopped at Knjizara.com before, your personal data are already saved on your computer before if you selected "Zapamti moje podatke za drugi put", and will be filled in the ordering form automatically. If that is not your personal data (e.g. if you are in internet cafe), you must change them.

How can I erase all the books from the ordering form?

You can erase all the books from your ordering form by clicking on "Obriši sve" link (2 on the picture below).

How can I order several copies of the same book?

In field "kol" on the shopping page enter number of copies you want to buy (as on the picture above). To save changes and see total cost click "Promeni količine" button (3 on picture above).

How can I pay for the books? What forms of shipping are available?

Form of payment is chosen automatically.

If you're not citizen of Serbia, you'd probably like to pay by credit card, so that is the basic form of payment. (It is enough to select any state different than Srbija). Options on the picture above is ONLY for citizens of Serbia. If you wish to pay for the books in some other way, copy data about the books you're interested in from this page, send us an e-mail to info@knjizara.com, and we'll send you the proforma invoice.

We can ship you the books by regular mail or airmail. If you prefer some other way of shipping (e.g. DHL service), follow the "I don't want to pay by credit card" procedure.

I've filled in all the necessary data, what's next?

You have filled all the necessary data (name, surname, address, number of copies...), so you need to click on "Prelazim na sledeći korak kupovine" button - to finish ordering (as on the picture below).

That will take you to the new page, where you can check your data again. This is the last step of shopping (as on the picture below). 

On this page you'll see book prices in Euros (if you're not from Serbia) and shipping costs. Next step is clicking on "Završavam kupovinu!" button.

What happens when I click "Završavam kupovinu!"?

 

If you're not from Serbia, (so you wish to pay by credit card), your data is transferred to the safe SSL server in London. Administrative, financial and legal management is provided by British company DataGate Ltd, and we CAN'T SEE your credit card number (so we can't abuse it). All the data is transferred by Internet and gets to our London bank crypted. (Most advanced methods are used for scripting). On their page you'll see data filled in the ordering form, and you should fill in data about your credit card. Now you've finished shopping, and we'll send you the books as soon as we get confirmation of money transfer from our bank.
