1. Do you send items abroad?
Yes, but only books and CD's. Other items can be delivered only in Serbia.

3. How do I configure my browser?

To shop by credit card, you must set your browser to execute Java, Java script and cookies. Settings for: Internet Explorer, Netscape Navigator, Opera, Mozilla...
If you are using some proxy server,and expirience some problems, please turn it off, and if you use some kind of firewall allow all communication with knjizara.com server.

If you don't want to allow your browser to execute Java, Java script and cookies send us an e-mail to info@knjizara.com with the list of titles you'd like to buy. We'll send you the proforma invoice immediately.

4. Shipping

Standard shipping

Estimated delivery times:
Europe - usually up to 14 days.
US, Canada, Japan, Australia - usually up to 6 weeks.
Rest of world - usually up to 8 weeks.
Delivery rates for books:
€12 + €4 for each following book
This means that you should pay €12 for shipping one book, €12 + €4 = €16 for two books, €12 + €4 + €4 = €20 for three, etc.
Delivery rates for CD's:
€5 + €3 for each following CD
This means that you should pay €5 for shipping one CD, €5 + €3 = €8 for two CDs, €5+ €3 + €3 = €11 for three, etc.

Airmail

1. Europe
Estimated delivery time up to 10 working days, starting from the day we recieve your order.
Delivery rates for books:
€15 + €5 for each following book
This means that you should pay €15 for shipping one book, €15 +€5 = €20 for two, €15 + €5 + €5 = €25 for three, etc.
Delivery rates for CD's:
€6 + €3 for each following CD
This means that you should pay €6 for shipping one CD, €6 + €3 = €9 for two CDs, €6+ €3 + €3 = €12 for three, etc.

2. Rest of the world (US, Canada, Japan, Australia, etc)
Estimated delivery time up to 25 working days, starting from the day we recieve your order.
Delivery rate for books:
€18 + €6 for each following book
This means that you should pay €18 for shipping one book, €18 + €6 = €24 for two, €18 + €6 + €6 = €24 for three, etc.
Delivery rates for CD's:
€6 + €3 for each following CD
This means that you should pay €6 for shipping one CD, €6 + €3 = €9 for two CDs, €6+ €3 + €3 = €12 for three, etc.

5. Can you supply books which are not in Knjizara.com database?

Yes. It is still possible to find many out of print titles. Please, contact us at info@knjizara.com, with list of titles you're interested in.
